The College’s constantly growing International Society organised and hosted a Chinese New Year Celebration Event.

Run by students, the International Society celebrates the College’s diverse student community by planning celebration and awareness days throughout the College year, this has included Diwali, Christmas and other major religious and social festivals. The group use these events to showcase varied cultures whilst also raising money for charities, community groups and to sustain their ongoing projects.

The Chinese New Year celebration saw large numbers of our student community sampling Chinese foods, experiencing traditional Chinese music and engaging with an interactive celebratory display.
